Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications and treatments per physician orders and safety protocols.
• Maintain meticulous electronic records of resident care and assessments.
• Transcribe physician orders to MARs/TARs and coordinate with the pharmacy for seamless delivery.
• Monitor changes in resident status; act as a link between resident, family and interdisciplinary team.
• Mentor and supervise CNAs to ensure care with dignity.
• Perform clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
