Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications and treatments per physician orders and safety protocols.
• Maintain meticulous electronic records of resident care and assessments (EMR).
• Transcript physician orders to MARs/TARs and coordinate with pharmacy for delivery.
• Monitor resident status and communicate with family and interdisciplinary team.
• Mentor and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care with dignity.
• Support the Director of Nursing with clinical and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
