  • 37.5-hour work week, Tuesday through 1/2 day Saturday, day shift.
  • No "on call" responsibilities unless the Director is on PTO.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily healthcare operations to meet residents’ healthcare needs.
  • Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as needs change.
  • Maintain consistent quality care and service across all shifts; may involve assuming roles of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide as needed.
  • Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and manage staff schedules.
  • Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and conduct periodic medication audits per Brookdale guidelines.
  • Share on-call duties as required.
  • Education requirements: State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Licensed LPN or LVN required.
