Responsibilities

The LPN in Home Health provides quality patient care and performs technical skilled care in the patient's home, within the scope of practice defined by state laws, following the care plan, and coordinating with the healthcare team. The LPN may instruct family members on patient care and maintaining a healthy environment, observe and report patient responses and condition changes daily.

Education and Experience

License Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in Florida
• Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
• CPR Certification
