American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Washington Healthcare Center in Indiana. Full-time day (6am-2:30pm) or evening (2pm-10:30pm) shifts, with opportunities to build meaningful relationships with residents and staff.

As an LPN, you will use your nursing skills to promote physical and psychosocial well-being, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to deliver exceptional senior care in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence.
