Huntingdon Park Nursing Home is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions in a growing long-term care facility.

Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines while maintaining high-quality resident care. Competitive benefits and a supportive leadership team are provided.

Qualifications

• LPN with current state license.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Good leadership qualities.
• Organized and detailed in work performance.
• Good communication skills with self-discipline and patience.
• Genuine caring for elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.
• Comply with Residents Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.
• Perform Essential Duties as outlined above.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Lead shift planning with staff and coordinate services.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
• Complete and file required forms/charts for admissions and discharges.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity.
• Deliver nursing care and monitor residents' status.
• Attend in-service education and maintain confidentiality.
