Job Summary

Works under the supervision of the office manager RN or clinical lead and the physicians. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating total nursing care of assigned patients. Provides hands‑on clinical care including manual vitals, medication review, injections and blood draw. Utilizes communication, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making to create a care plan for each patient based on physiological, psychosocial and cultural diversity.

May supervise and delegate non‑professional personnel working directly with the LPN to ensure optimum patient care. Demonstrates competence in dealing with age‑related needs of specific patient populations served in their assigned unit or department.

Compensation
