Qualifications
- Preferred experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
- Strong knowledge of patient care standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Observes residents and reports changes in their conditions.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments under supervision.
- Checks and observes care rendered by staff.
- Supervises Nursing Assistants and provides guidance.
- Provides basic resident care such as taking vital signs.
