Job summary

Rockville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in New York is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team.

This role requires a NY LPN license, the ability to provide patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, families, and CNAs to support residents' health and comfort.

Shifts are 7 AM–3 PM with alternating weekends; compensation is competitive with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Current NY LPN license.
• Alternate weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care unit.
• Medication administration including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident and family education and support.
