Job summary

Manna Post Acute in Pickens, South Carolina is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes.

We offer competitive pay ($28–$32/hour with up to $3/hour shift differential), a $5,000 sign-on bonus, multiple health plans, PTO, 401(k) with match, and advancement opportunities across the network.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Utilize PCC and other clinical systems as needed.
