Job summary

Windsor Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Ohio on a full-time basis. The role focuses on delivering compassionate home health care, following the established Plan of Care, and working with a multi-disciplinary team to keep patients safe and comfortable at home.

Ideal candidates will have an Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, and previous home health experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to travel within assigned

Qualifications

• Proof of graduating from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current LPN license from the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test, physical examination and a criminal background check completed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel in assigned territories.

What We Need from You:

• A commitment to helping our home health patients remain comfortable, at home.
• Proof of graduating from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Current LPN license from the State of Ohio.
• Previous experience in home health care setting preferred.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license, insurance and registration to travel in assigned territories.
• Current CPR certification.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy and strong customer service skills.
• A completed and successful TB test, physical examination and a criminal background check.
