Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This full-time day shift position offers 37 hours per week from 8 AM to 4 PM, with occasional on-call, weekend, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse or New Grad LPNs will be accepted as well.
• Current Iowa LPN license in good standing required
• Assisted Living or Memory Care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties to support resident health and well-being.
• Assist RN in orienting, training, and mentoring new staff.
• Support startup of services and resident transitions and discharges.
