Meadow Park Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Queens, NY is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our resident-focused team. You will admit new residents, assist physicians during rounds, and delegate duties to nursing staff to ensure quality care.

You will monitor residents’ health, perform ongoing assessments, explain procedures and treatment protocols, and support families. A sign-on bonus is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package and a stable, team-focused work

Formación

• LPN license is required.
• BLS certification preferred.
