Job summary

Harborview-Health-Systems in Tarboro, NC seeks an LPN Charge Nurse to lead medication administration, supervise Medication Aids, and ensure high-quality resident care in our faith-based skilled nursing facility.

You will monitor resident conditions, support activities of daily living, document clearly, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.
