Job summary

Miramar Beach Rehabilitation in Florida is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to oversee medications and treatments, supervise Medication Aids where applicable, and monitor resident conditions for safety and comfort. You will document clearly and promptly, communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.

Active LPN license in good standing is required; prior skilled nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.
