Job summary

Orchard Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Towson, MD, is seeking an LPN for full-time or part-time roles with daily pay options. Positions available for day, evening, and night shifts at $31–$39 per hour (all-inclusive).

A minimum of 1 year of experience is required to join a compassionate, patient-centered team. You will provide direct patient care, follow individualized care plans, administer medications, and document care with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active LPN license in Maryland.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards and care plans.
• Follow and implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team.
• Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments per the plan of care and facility policies.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with orders, care plans, and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families.
