Masonic Homes Kentucky is seeking licensed practical or registered nurses to join the Sam Swope Care Center on our Louisville campus. You will work with a dedicated team to deliver extended medical care and ensure safety, quality, and compassionate service.

You’ll oversee treatments, document care, and uphold patient rights while supporting residents in memory care, dialysis, and chronic conditions. A PRN or full-time schedule is available with on-site benefits.

Qualifications

• Kentucky licensed LPN or RN required.
• 2 years of long-term care experience preferred.
• Consent to a background check and drug screen.

You will oversee treatments and ensure compliance with prescribed therapies.
