Position Details
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Shift: To discuss during interview
  • Wage: $25-$28/hr DOE
  • Location: Avamere Wenatchee, 1550 Cherry Street, Wenatchee, WA 98801
Responsibilities
  • Complete required record keeping regarding admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff and support personnel to plan shifts’ services, programs, and activities, ensuring residents' care is maintained.
  • Prepare and administer medications; review medication cards for accuracy.
  • Review resident care plans for appropriate goals, problems, and revisions based on nursing needs.
  • Develop, implement, and interpret programs, policies, and procedures for quality care.
  • Provide leadership to nursing staff; make daily rounds to ensure care compliance with resident plans and wishes.
  • Build rapport with staff, residents, families, and other involved parties.
  • Participate in facility surveys by authorized government agencies.
Qualifications
  • Degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current, active LPN license in this state.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations related to nursing homes.
  • Ability to chart accurately and comprehensively.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and documentation systems.
