Shore Acres Care Center in St. Petersburg, FL is reopening and seeks licensed practical nurses (LPN) for full-time and part-time roles in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Starting pay ranges: LPN $24-$28 per hour and RN $31-$34.50 per hour, with DOE and shift differentials. We offer a $3,200 sign-on bonus for full-time staff, weekly pay, and a supportive leadership team focused on clinical excellence and teamwork.

Formación

• Active Florida Nurse license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Ability to learn and navigate Point Click Care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Compassionate, resident-centered mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond proactively.
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation (Point Click Care).
• Supervise and support CNAs during daily care activities.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Foster an atmosphere of warmth, dignity, and compassion.
