Job summary
RHA Health Services, LLC in Ivey, GA is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide holistic nursing care in a group home setting. Qualifications
- Current LPN license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
- CPR certification or eligibility to certify for CPR.
- Must demonstrate effective communication with Interdisciplinary Team Members, people supported and families.
Responsibilities
- Provide holistic nursing care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- Observe, collect health data, and report needs to the registered nurse.
- Coordinate preventative and routine medical care for people supported.
- Document nursing care provided and assist physicians with on-site clinics where applicable.
- Provide health-related trainings to unlicensed personnel per state regulations.
- Conduct medication pass observations and ensure staff competency per state regulations.
