Responsibilities
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
- Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions.
- Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions.
- Providing wound care and changing dressings.
- Supporting documentation and care planning.
- Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients.
- Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.
