Responsibilities

• Medication administration for residents in accordance with Federal & State regulations.
• Assist admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
• Contribute to implementation of acute and long-term care plans and data collection.
• Provide clinical system tracking (wounds, infection control) under supervision.
• Communicate health updates to physicians and families; document accordingly.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with staff.
