CommCare Corporation in Louisiana is seeking a LPN Floor Nurse for Ridgecrest Community Care Center. You will ensure high-quality resident care, supervise nursing assistants, and administer medications within a skilled nursing environment.

Shifts available 3p-11p or 11p-7a. Requires current Louisiana LPN license and LTC experience; compensation is based on experience with a $6k+ sign-on potential. Background checks and program eligibility are required.

Competenze

• Current Louisiana LPN license required.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and delegating tasks.
• Medication administration experience required.

Mansioni

• Evaluates residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Reviews and documents residents' care plans.
• Supervises nursing assistants on the unit and adjusts assignments.
• Prepares and administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Consults with physicians and reviews orders.
• Receives and records orders and ensures accuracy.
