Job summary

Senior Solutions Management Group in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking an LPN to oversee care staff during the 2 PM–10 PM shift. You will manage shift reports, schedule tasks, and ensure accurate medication administration for residents in our senior care communities.

The role offers a rewarding opportunity to support seniors and work closely with the Wellness Director on nursing-related duties, with incentives for referrals and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have an active LPN license.
• Experience in senior care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care staff on duty and monitor shift changes.
• Prepare shift change reports and manage scheduling.
• Conduct medication counts and administer medications as needed.
• Round on residents and document observations.
• Assist Wellness Director with nursing tasks and duties.

Responsibilities: MUST HAVE LPN License.

During your shift, you will oversee the care staff on duty, shift change reports, scheduling, medication counts, administering medication to the residents that require this service, rounding on residents and assisting Wellness Director with other nursing related duties as needed.
