Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Float Pool, working at multiple Monarch communities across Minnesota. You can choose shifts based on facility needs, with options for full-time or on-call opportunities.

As a Float Pool LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care under RN supervision, participate in care plans, administer treatments, monitor residents, and help ensure dignity and well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Ability and willingness to travel to Monarch communities.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing and/or assisted living preferred.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and assisted living settings.
• Participate in development and modification of resident care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions as delegated or prescribed by RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN and healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support resident rights, dignity, and independence.
• Deliver care per Minnesota Board of Nursing standards and facility policies.
• Contribute to quality improvement and resident-centered care practices.
