Job summary

Sanford is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to contribute to patient care under supervision in our clinic setting. The role emphasizes compassionate, safe nursing support across departments.

Hours are typically 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a Day Shifts schedule and a 32-hour work week. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates, and Sanford offers robust onboarding and a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• If IV therapy/management is required in ND, complete an ND Board approved IV therapy program or course.
• Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with state board and maintains required competencies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care under supervision.
• Educate and communicate with patients and families to support care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and staff to deliver high-quality nursing care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.


• If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.


• Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
