Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to float among our community facilities in the region. You will deliver quality nursing care under the guidance of an RN, adapting to varied resident needs at different Benedictine locations.

The role requires travel within the Benedictine region and emphasizes Relationship Based Care. Strong English communication and clinical experience are preferred to support our residents and team.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care under supervision of an RN for Benedictine residents.
• Travel to Benedictine communities within the region to provide care as required.
• Perform initial data collection on all residents while applying Relationship Based Care principles.

Looking for the ability to travel to multiple facilities and interact with a great team of Associates and residents? Join our Benedictine team.

As an LPN (Float), you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents at various Benedictine communities within the region.

• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• LPN (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.
