Olde Main Post Acute is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate nursing care aligned with our values of Passion, Respect and Excellence. You will support residents' physical and emotional needs while following care plans and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

All shifts are available (7A-3P, 3P-11P, 11P-7A) with a competitive $30–$36/hr pay, plus eligible benefits and perks typical for a healthcare facility in Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in PA.
• Valid BLS (CPR) certification.
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care per plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow individualized care plans by Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer meds and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and regulations.
