Job summary

Simpson Meadows in Downingtown, PA seeks an experienced LPN to join our leadership‑driven team, delivering compassionate nursing care in a senior living setting. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support daily activities while coordinating with supervisors and peers.

The ideal candidate holds a PA LPN license, has at least 1 year of long‑term care experience, and communicates effectively with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide wound care and dressing changes.
• Document care provided and maintain resident records.
• Coordinate with the AL/PC Administrator and health care team.
