Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Iowa LPN license.
• Prior LPN experience preferred.
• Ability to work day/evening/night shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure safe delivery.
