Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities.

Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to residents, administering medications, monitoring conditions, and documenting care in coordination with RNs, CNAs, and physicians. An active state LPN license and at least one year of nursing experience are required.

Qualifications
