Concordia at Bethlen in Ligonier, PA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and casual/PRN shifts on our skilled nursing unit. Roles include 3 twelve-and-a-half hour day or night shifts, with self-scheduled weekend options for PRN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration following all applicable policies and rules.
• Timely and accurate documentation.
• Communication of significant resident changes to the physician and supervises/monitors the care provided by CNAs on the unit.
• Follows up on appropriate paperwork and orders.
• Communicates proactively and professionally with residents and families keeping them aware of changes in resident’s condition, incidents, and problem resolution.
