Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. The role includes administering medications, coordinating resident care, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring exceptional care in a supportive environment.

We are hiring for multiple Full Time and Part Time positions, with Full Time LPN on First and Second Shifts. Shift differentials apply for Second/Third shifts and weekends, stacking with base pay.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license or multi-state license.
• Compassionate, caring, and resident-focused approach.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, policies, and regulations.
• Complete accurate and timely resident assessments and documentation.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate significant changes to physicians and families.
• Carry out physician orders, referrals, and treatment plans.
• Provide treatments and nursing procedures as needed.
• Supervise and support Nurse Aides by monitoring care quality, documentation, staffing coverage, and daily assignments.
• Participate in shift report communication to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with direct resident care as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, safety standards, and state and federal regulations.

This role is responsible for administering medications, coordinating resident care, supervising nursing assistants, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a supportive environment.

Current openings: We are currently hiring for multiple Full Time and Part Time positions. We are looking for a Full Time LPN on First and Second Shift.

• First Shift Hours:6:30am- 2:30pm
• Second Shift Hours: 2:30pm-10:30pm
• Third Shift Hours: 10:30pm-6:30am

*Shift Differentials include: Second Shift, $3.00, Third shift, $2.00, and the weekend $3.00. These differentials are stackable!
