Job summary

Interim HealthCare Eastern Dakotas in Florence, SD is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for PRN, part-time or full-time staffing in long-term care and assisted living settings. You will help with daily activities, meds, and treatments, and monitor vitals as part of a compassionate care team.

Opportunities include DAY / EVES / NOC shifts, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, and access to free continued education credits; on-call staff are available 24/7 to support care needs.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license within South Dakota or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility.
• Licensed Practical Nurse experience highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities and/or Assisted Living settings.
• Assist with daily activities and ambulation; check vitals.
• Pass medications, provide treatments and wound care.
• Support transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Observe patient for issues requiring changes in care or meds.
