Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in South Dakota for PRN, part-time and full-time contract opportunities. The role offers DAYS / EVES / NOC shifts with 8, 10, or 12 hour options and weekly pay.

Duties include medication administration, wound care, vitals, and daily activity assistance in long-term care or assisted living settings. Applicants must hold a current SD LPN license (or multi-state eligibility), meet ongoing certification requirements, and be 18+.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility.
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings.
• Aide with daily activities.
• Pass medications, give treatments, provide wound care.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals.
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment.
