Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and clinical support to residents.
• Assist with resident assessments and care planning processes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to orders and policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.
• Partner with caregivers, physicians, and families to ensure quality care.
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Support infection control and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor caregiving staff as needed.
