Qualifications

• Active LPN license and CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team-first approach.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication, basic computer skills, and compliance with health requirements.
• Skilled nursing experience preferred; training provided for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for a group of residents during a shift under supervision.
• Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
