Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in Maryland.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the work of CNAs.
• Provide individualized nursing care per each plan of care.
• Assist in admission, transfer, discharge of patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Explain procedures and treatments to gain cooperation.
• Observe vital signs and progress of patients.
• Maintain medical records on nursing observation and actions.
• Record nursing needs on care plans for continuity of care.
• Support emotional stability and discharge planning.
• Perform other duties to provide exceptional care.
