Qualifications

• Licensed in the State as an LPN.
• Must have and maintain current CPR certification.
• Able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to calculate drug dosage.
• Meets health requirements and safety standards.
• Able to relate positively with residents, families, staff.
• Able to use basic computer knowledge and company applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per the resident’s plan of care.
• Coordinate, implement, and evaluate the plan of care.
• Ensure resident safety and supervise nursing assistants.
• Follow all center policies and procedures.
• Perform duties under RN Unit Manager or DON supervision.
