Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, you will provide hands-on nursing care, assess residents, implement and evaluate care plans, and assist with medications and equipment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of Unit Manager/ADON/DON, provides nursing care.
• Performs assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Calculates medication dosages and uses standard nursing equipment.
