Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in Alabama.
• Experience with gastric lavage, neonatal ventilators, pediatrics, hospice palliative medicine, and senior care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or authorized prescribers.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.
