Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning abilities.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Director of Nursing, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel; lead per shift as needed.
• Conduct daily resident assessments and adjust care plans as required; document care delivered.
• Assist physician rounds and communicate orders accurately; supervise staff in providing care.
• Train and supervise nursing staff; manage conflicts and resolve issues calmly.
