Claremont Nursing & Rehab in Carlisle, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring, professional team. Shift hours are 11AM–7PM with 8/12/16 shift options available to fit your schedule.

As an LPN, you will assist with daily resident care, participate in individualized care planning, supervise nursing staff on your shift, and help ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering compassionate, high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to work 11AM–7PM shift.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Conduct daily resident assessments and adjust care as needed.
• Assist the physician on rounds and communicate orders accurately.
• Train and supervise nursing staff; participate in shift leadership.
• Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Prepare daily assignment of duties and treatments.
