• Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state)

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes
• Provide resident and family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act
• Direct nursing care during assigned shift; includes staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel
