Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Director of Nursing, develops and implements individualized nursing care plans.
• Assist orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
• Takes active role in direct resident assessment and care; supervise unit operations per shift.
• Coordinates nursing care in adherence to State and Federal regulations.
• Assists physician on rounds and communicates orders accurately.
• Participates in training and supervision of nursing staff.
• Manages conflict and handles emergencies calmly and efficiently.
