Emerald Health & Rehab, part of Saber Healthcare Group, is seeking an LPN to provide compassionate nursing in a SNF setting at 54 Red Mulberry Way, Lillington, NC. The role focuses on assessing resident needs, care planning, and supervising nursing staff to ensure quality care.

Requirements include an active LPN license in NC and CPR certification. Strong computer and EHR navigation skills are essential. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.
• Evaluate nursing care and ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards.
• Provide guidance to staff and ensure quality care in SNF setting.
• Follow Health policies, infection control and facility procedures.
