Avera Oahe Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN coverage. Rotating days/evenings/nights and weekends, with a flat rate of $35.00 per hour. You must work at least 624 hours per calendar year and fulfill 6 weekend shifts annually.

You will provide nursing care under the Director of Nursing/Clinical Coordinator, coordinate with the care team, and support residents and families through education and care planning. LPN license required and 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Formación

• Direct resident care by licensed practical nurse.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to plan patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and medications.
