Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana with CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to observe, document, and report patient conditions and responses to treatments.

Responsibilities

• Observe, record, and report patient conditions and reactions to treatment to physicians.
• Manage appointment bookings and assist in prioritizing emergencies.
• Assist with patient examinations, tests, and specimen collection.
• Prepare patients for exams and educate them on procedures.
• Maintain charts and ensure required documents are in place.
• Apply aseptic technique and universal precautions; maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Perform related duties within the scope of licensure.
