Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as an LPN in Pennsylvania.
• CPR Certification required.
• Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Ability to build rapport with patients.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Takes an active role in direct resident assessment and care planning.
• Administers medications and treatments to residents.
• Communicates resident data to the appropriate party.
• Supervises and coordinates certified nursing aides in direct care per state/federal guidelines.
• Puts resident service first with a caring, compassionate atmosphere.
