Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our float pool across Illinois. Earn $45/hour for RNs and $37/hour for LPNs with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts to fit your life.

Deliver direct patient care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, and coordinate resident admissions with a focus on quality, compassion, and teamwork in memory care, rehab, and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families.
